EU AI ACT · ARTICLE 4 · AI LITERACY
Article 4 has required a sufficient level of AI literacy since February 2025, across everyone who works with AI on your behalf. We turn that undefined standard into training matched to each role, and into evidence you can put in front of a regulator.
THE PROBLEM
The Act sets the duty but not the bar. What counts as sufficient for a board director is not sufficient for a model engineer, or a frontline user.
Generic e-learning treats every role the same and produces a sign-in sheet, not defensible evidence. The obligation, and the evidence burden, sit with you.
Literacy has to match what each person actually does with AI. That is a curriculum problem, not a single video.
WHAT IT IS
A role-based programme mapped to the Act's own terminology, with assessment and certification, that produces a retained evidence record per learner. Designed to help you demonstrate a sufficient level across the workforce, and to keep that evidence current as roles and systems change.
Mapped to the Act, not generic.
Built on the Act's defined terms and aligned to the primary sources.
Assessed, not just watched.
Each pathway ends in role-appropriate assessment, not a sign-in sheet.
Evidenced, not asserted.
Completion and competence retained per learner for audit.
ROLE PATHWAYS
Each pathway ends with the same outcome: assessed competence plus an evidence record.
Each pathway ends in assessment and certification, with completion and competence recorded per role and retained for audit.
